About this site
We are an advertising and referral service for families who need help with an older parent’s bills and paperwork. We are not the bookkeeping firm, and we do not handle anyone’s money. We say so first because you are about to talk about your parent’s finances, and you should know exactly who is on the other end.

How it works
You call the number on this site or send a request. That reaches us, and we pass it the same day to an independent bookkeeping firm that pays bills, keeps records and runs household payroll for families. A person on their team replies within one business day. They talk it through with you and your parent, they propose what would help, and if you go ahead your agreement is with them. There is no charge to you for the introduction.
Why the site exists
Search for help with a parent’s money and most of what comes back is general advice from associations, government agencies and banks, all sensible, and very little that says who will actually open the mail. The bookkeeping firm this site points to already does that work for families as part of its practice, remotely and in every state, and had no website aimed at the adult children looking for it. This site is that front door.
Who does the work
An independent bookkeeping and payroll practice with clients in several states, all handled remotely. For families, that means bill payment, budgeting, account reconciliation and reporting, account and password organization, scanning and archiving paperwork, and payroll for household employees in any state. The person who handles your parent’s affairs is referred to on this site as your bookkeeper.
What we will and won’t tell you
The guides here are written about what actually goes wrong in families: the bill paid twice, the caregiver paid in cash for two years, the joint account that caused a fight after the funeral, the gift cards bought for a caller from "Medicare". Where the honest answer is that your parent does not need a monthly service, or that the question belongs with an attorney, that is what the page says.
What this site does not have
No testimonials, no star ratings, no badges. We have not done the work and did not collect any reviews, so publishing them would be inventing a track record, and in a field built on trust that would be a poor way to start. What is here instead is the information: what help with a parent’s money involves, what it costs, who else needs to be involved, and how to tell a good provider from a bad one. Judge the site on whether that is useful and accurate.
Credentials and licensing
We hold no credential and claim none. Daily money management and bookkeeping are not licensed professions in most states. A national association for daily money managers offers a voluntary certification; ask any provider, including the firm this site refers to, what credentials, insurance and background checks they have, and expect a straight answer. Legal documents, investment advice, tax returns and court-appointed roles are matters for attorneys, licensed advisers, tax preparers and the courts.
Questions families actually ask
How do you make money if the introduction is free?
The bookkeeping firm pays for the introduction. You pay them for the work at whatever you agree, and nothing you pay is affected by us. That arrangement is why the guides can tell you when you do not need the service.
Is this one firm or a list?
One firm. Your parent’s details do not go to several providers who then call you. If the firm is not the right fit after the first conversation, they will say so.
Who sees my parent’s information?
We see what you put in the request, to pass it on. Account details and documents go directly to the bookkeeping firm through their secure portal, never through this site.
What if something goes wrong?
Your agreement is with the firm, so that is who you take it up with, under their terms. Tell us too. The whole arrangement depends on the firm being good, so we have every reason to want to know.
Can I see reviews?
Not from us, and we would rather say that than invent some. This site launched in 2026 and has no review history. Ask the firm for references from families in a similar situation and call them.

Tell us what is going on
A few lines is enough: who needs the help, what is piling up, and whether anything is urgent. A person replies within one business day to set up a short, free call. Requests answered within one business day · Calls Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm Eastern Or call (888) 833-9039 if you would rather talk first.
